Refund policy

Because Butter Love creates personal care and skincare products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unwanted products.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Products that have been opened or used
• Scent preferences
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Packages left outside after delivery
• Natural changes in texture caused by heat or temperature

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or an order with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, shipping box, and packaging.

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate. Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

For summer orders, please review our Summer Shipping Policy before purchasing. Natural whipped body butters may soften or melt during transit in high temperatures. Melting alone does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the shipping carrier first. Butter Love is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
