When do you ship my order?

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been successfully placed. Shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; orders placed weekdays before 2:00 p.m. CT are likely to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m.CT or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Note: during summer hot weather months, orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CT on Thursdays will not be shipped until Monday. Once in transit, shipping will take 2 business days.

WHERE WE SHIP & SHIPPING COSTS

Butter Love Skin currently ships to the United States & CA only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Complimentary Expedited Shipping is available to the continental U.S. only. Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Expedited shipping (2 business days) is complimentary for orders above $100. As previously stated, Butter Love Skin requires up to 48 hours to process your order before it is shipped.

We want you to love your Butter Love Skin purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days for credit. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns from products purchased on butterloveskin.com.
