When Do You Ship My Order?

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been successfully placed.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 p.m. CT are likely to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CT, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the following business day.

During the hot summer months, orders containing body butter placed after 2:00 p.m. CT on Thursdays will not ship until Monday. This helps prevent your butter from sitting in a hot shipping facility or delivery truck over the weekend.

Once your order is in transit, shipping typically takes 2 business days.

Summer Shipping Policy

Our body butters are made with natural shea butter and nourishing oils, which means they are sensitive to high temperatures. During the warmer months, your butter may soften or melt while traveling through hot delivery trucks and shipping facilities or while sitting outside after delivery.

We take extra care when packing summer orders, including adding cooling protection. However, we cannot guarantee that your butter will remain completely solid during transit.

Melting does not affect the quality or benefits of your butter, but it may change its whipped texture. If your butter arrives melted, place it in the refrigerator until firm and follow our simple re-whipping instructions to bring back its soft, fluffy texture.

To help protect your order, please track your package closely and bring it inside as soon as possible after delivery. Avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight, hot mailboxes, or on porches.

Because melting is a natural possibility during hot weather, melted products are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you on the best resolution.

Where We Ship

Butter Love Skin currently ships to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Complimentary expedited shipping is available to the continental United States only.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Shipping Costs

Expedited shipping, which typically takes 2 business days in transit, is complimentary on orders over $100 within the continental United States.
